Cancellations made by the customer
Yeskart.in makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. In case if a customer wishes to cancel the order before accepting delivery, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
Post shipment of product, the order once placed by the customer cannot be cancelled, but any special case if agreed to cancel the order, the customer will have to pay the two-way transportation charges for the same and Yeskart.in shall arrange pick up of the product with its manuals, booklets, warranty card, accessories, freebies and packing materials or any other thing which were delivered to customer along with the Product being returned.
Yeskart.in has full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Yeskart.in and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation of Order from Yeskart.in
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you on the email id provided at the time of registration if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
Receipt of damaged or defective item
We at Yeskart.in are committed to provide you a hassle free experience. However, as an exception, there could be a possibility of you receiving a damaged or defective product due to circumstances not in control of Yeskart.in. If an item ordered by you on Yeskart.in is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at customerservices@Yeskart.in within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement. We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from you and then ship the replacement item to you all at our own cost.
How can I return a product ordered from Yeskart.in
In case of any unlikely event of purchase by you, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging along with the original invoice, for a refund (excluding shipping costs), within 7 days of receiving your shipment. The customer has to bear the shipping charges for the same.
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs (of both sides). Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
However, after examination of the returned product, if the same is found used or tampered by the customer in any form, Yeskart.in has full rights to deduct the applicable charges which may vary from minimum 5% to maximum value depending on the condition of the product returned.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that in case you have used Yeskart.in Gift Certificate, we can only refund your account against these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a cheque. No request to refund via cheque shall be accepted if a customer had used some other mode of payment while paying for his order. As per the customers convenience, the amount shall be either credited to customers account or in customers wallet with Yeskart.in
